In a 7 game series I like their chances against most of the teams they've lost to.

If you extrapolated the Blazers record into an East schedule they wouldn't even qualify for the playoffs.

They have a better winning percentage against the West than they do against the East, so again I don't get how you think playing in the West is what's holding them back. The reality is they're a very flawed team that just isn't as good as some people hyped them up to be in the offseason
