Yea,

I understand sports/entertainment as having a tiered system of goals.

The highest clearly should be a dynasty, then a championship. However, producing a competitive team and balancing that with not destroying your future nor your present reputation/fan support must be considered. Among other things.

I really don't understand it. The only time they've managed to do anything in the past five years was when they didn't have to go through a healthy OKC. They're the Indianapolis Colts of the NBA.

Like I mean I obviously think they have a chance....but guys act like its automatic that they beat the teams they would have to face.

The Clippers, Rockets, Warriors are all matchup problems for the Spurs. They dont have OKC to worry about now though.

I disregard the Spurs reg season record or wins against teams because as we have seen that shyt dont matter when you gotta win 4 outta 7

Definitely. I would never insult them by saying they're not a serious contender.... but the Rockets would mollywop those boys. The Clippers name shouldn't even roll off anyone's tongue at this point. They WILL find a way to fukk things up for themselves. They're a 6-8 week injury away from another setback.
