I think Rockets won earlier in the day so Jazz were assed out.

But regardless, shyt was surreal watching it live... you know you're a goat when you overshadow the regular season winning record .

I swear people don't understand how MVP awards are determined. It's not Adam Silver and his goons who decide who they wanna give it to. It's a voting process with many individuals involved who don't all debate together about who they're gonna make MVP. Everybody just votes based on their own criteria and then they just tally the votes and determine it. There's no overarching storyline or agenda involved other than those of the individuals themselves, who are probably most sensitive to media storylines and personal bias.
