Yep, I was fully expecting them to somehow blow up the team in the off season, barring an extreme turn around otherwise.Nurkic is more than a player that could save their season. His impact is career long, the trade literally saved the entire team as otherwise this blazers team would have continued to fail miserably without a big man like him present. The move has secured their playoff spot for years to come.

Good point, he's basically made the small backcourt legitimate now, and then they have 3 first rounders this summer so they can stock the cabinet with defensive players or draft and stash. He's even made them use Noah Vonleh more which helps his development.
