They should but they wont, we talking about a team that traded a first for Omer Asik :francis:

It's not like they have much to offer either, rather would they be willing to give up Hield? Cause that's who the Sixers would probably ask for. And I don't think Noel will be that easy to get because they can just offer him the qualifying offer.

Lack of real assets hurt, but if Philly really is done with tanking maybe they could include Tyreke+some other role players to get it done. I still Bryan Colangelo is one of the biggest morons at the position right now so I don't it would be impossible with what they got. They could include future firsts too(I wouldn't risk putting their this year's pick in there, but they should be able to turn around in the future so it might be worth the risk).

I'm still pretty lost at why they resigned Asik and yet Anderson walk when they clearly need help in the frontcourt(then again they were dumb enough to sign solomon hill to help and that just goes to show how well their front office is doing at the moment).

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
Who do you think has greater potential out of Porzingis and Embiid?

Embiid has the higher potential, in that he could be the best player in the league because he projects out to being elite on both sides of the ball, but who knows about his body. Porzingis has franchise player potential as well but they're going to hurt his development in NY with the constant compromising to Melo and how they use him in their offense.

No way the Sixers trade for Evans, they are going to place a big emphasis on shooting now that they have Simmons, you could already see it in their signing of Bayless. The Pelicans are fukked to be honest, they wont get a great draft pick unless Davis misses a ton of time and nobody is signing with them in the offseason and like you said they have no real assets.

You're trying to make sense of the Pelicans moves? Why my friend, you'll sleep better at night not trying to understand the things they do. Just know that Davis is in NBA purgatory and he wont get out of it anytime soon :francis:

Reading an article about Okafor/Embiid talking about playing together and Embiid says this:

“I think it’s going to be exciting,” Embiid said. “We played a little bit together today in practice. We’re figuring out how to play with each other. It’s a process and we’ve got trust it.”

Breh is going to keep this up his whole career. :russ:

Porzingis is who they really missed on, Booker wasn't really supposed to be that high.

I can agree with this but....
My problem wirh hinkie has always been this, if you're going to hinge your franchise on drafting you need to be finding the guys who are steals and doing more than just drafting BPA

Yeah, Simmons or Lowe always points out how he missed Giannis.
