i) It would mean they're around average - bottom tier is usually teams ranked 20-30 (probably more 25-30)
ii) While they're 16th overall, they're actually in the top 10 if you take out garbage time. Clearly it's a case of them being lackadaisical during that period, because otherwise they're a top 10 team on defense.

The point is they're not a "garbage" defensive team, so you can stop saying that dumb shyt now.

Only if every rating was equally spaced out. They're just .1 below league average. Then again they've had the easiest schedule in the league. Still think they'll destroy people defensively on some nights tho.
