He beasted in the playoffs on a small sample size against a rookie and Whiteside who was hurt...

Siakam is a rookie,hes going to have growing pains right now...

At least hes athletic and can move his damn feet....Jonas is a 5th year player who plays like a rookie on D.

It was funny to say Demar and Lowry took away from JV's game 3 years ago but the truth is it was a lie...They have to carry this team with high usage or we cant win...You cant rely on Jonas offensively,hes too inconsistent...hes not even a capable 3rd option.

He hasnt shown he can be consistent offensively to be relied on where he can demand the ball out of there hands...At least theyre proven scorers who have accomplished things in this league...Demar is averaging 28 a night on 48% and Lowry is averaging 21/7/6 how can we say logically there the problem ?

Nope, he has an effective post game, he's not some 20/10 big but he could get you buckets, the issue you almost always start a PF with him that can't shoot, and Demar can't hit threes either, so you have to use him in a manner that isn't really what his game fits.

Proven scorers in the regular season, you rely on your guards because that's what Casey wants and your team isn't built to use your bigs as anything but PnR finishers.

How you gonna talk about logic, then talk about "winning team" as though the Raptors didn't have their best record in franchise history with him starting at the 5, or made it to the ECF. You @ me all the time to talk about how good the Raptors are, like your starting C has nothing to do with it

LeBron would make almost any team in the East better than the Raptors. You still refuse to face facts, as long as Bron exists in the East it doesn't matter who you have on your team. And with the rise of Giannis, you are on borrowed time at the 2 spot too.

If you play a Bebe & Siakam frontcourt together you're going to get murdered, not just by the Cavs either.


You seem to think it's Jonas that is the reason you can't beat the Cavs, they are just a better team than you, period. You could have Boogie at the 5 and you still wouldn't beat them.

Hes been ass most of this season defensivel,but hes been particularly bad against the elite teams and i think the team is noticing it...
they cant play him at all against certain teams because hes so ineffective and slow...

Why would you be giving him the ball late in games? Smarter teams would establish him early and use him, your team relies on iso-ball that works fine in the regular season but doesn't work in the playoffs.

The Cavs establish Kevin Love early, do they go to him late? Nah not really, but they let him carry them early.

We rely on what won us 56 last year and what has us 14 so far this season,going to Jonas and pretending he can score at will like Kevin Love wont accomplish that....Love has shown he can score at will,Jonas has never shown he can do that...

There's nothing you can do realistically that will have you on the Cavs level, even if you somehow traded for Paul Millsap they'd still beat you. Just accept your fate already, only an injury to the Cavs will get you what you want.

You didn't hit those 3s though and you still taking the regular season results as a means of what will happen, thought you learned your lesson from this

Who has ever put up numbers playing with those two?

Lowry is averaging 6.5 assists per game and has been a solid playmaker this year....Demar is melo's iso understudy...
That being said they havent had a decent 3rd option since theyve both been here.

If KL was on this team he would get touches and there usage would decrease because hes a real 2nd/3rd option which Val is not...

and Cousins would put us on that level...
