Russ has boosted these guys egos like I never saw before ever. Maybe I'm tripping for thinking like this, but man I watched like 85% of OKC games this year. It's like OKC players realized they are NBA players finally. I say that because now they are shooting with confidence even though majority are not great shooters. No hesitation at all.
