It's worth it to acquire Melo. Harden needs a dependable 2nd option. Gordon might not make it to the postseason. Anderson would compliment KP well along with Dekker..

Nah, no way Mike wants Melo on that team, not after how things went between them in NY.

Melo has talent, but he's the absolute worst fit for the type of system you have and he'd kill the ball movement. You're going to need a offensive option with him in the playoffs, but it has to be a Kyrie type of PG or SF that can function off the ball as a shooter and can also run D'antoni's system when he has the ball.
