Chris Paul robbed us of what Griffin could have developed into as a dribbler/passer/end to end finisher. It's not like they've had any real postseason success, at the very least Griffin would have been entertaining.
It's funny, I think this about a lot of players. To me, I feel like a couple players that have a lot of potential need to play without help for a few years so they can really tap into their talent. When you get to play next to another all-star/superstar caliber player, especially one that dominates the ball then they restrict their style of play. When stars are forced to carry a team for awhile it can help them in the long run. That's just how I see it anyway.
I'm sure some will disagree though
