You think he could ever improve his defense to an above average level or is his athleticism too limited for that? We're potentially talking best player in the League if that ever happens.

He can improve but his ceiling on defense is basically average to above average, he'll never be the centerpiece for a top 5 defense or anything. He's limited in terms of athleticism and length, it looks like he has t-rex arms, but you can hide him in a zone if you get a defensive PF next to him. Basically copy how the Mavs were able to hide Dirk on defense.
Can you/somebody explain that portion of the new CBA? Is it just harder for players to move or damn near impossible?
