Yeah i'm tripping over this outrage. Refs usually call even the slightest contact if somebody hits the elbow of the shooter cause even the slightest contact there can throw off the shot.

Yeah players do it purposely because they know the refs won't always see it. Using one finger to tap the elbow or push a player in the midsection while he's shooting is a trick all of the defenders use.
So if you are Indy do you blow it up? They got PG and Turner which is imo two pieces to build around
