I don't think who has the most "lottery balls" means anything.
The NBA powers that be fix the lottery anyway the see fit.
If they want Ball in Los Angeles, he'll be in Los Angeles.
Might be another one of those Derrick Rose in Chicago/Lebron in Cleveland type situations.

I knew Kemba could shoot a lil bit, but he looked like Steph Curry out there against the Suns.
And I think the Suns would draft Fultz or Jackson over Ball.
Ryan McDonough prefers scorers at the PG position.
If Fultz is already taken, I see the Suns going with Jackson.
With the "lovable legend" Magic Johnson taking over, I have a feeling the Lakers are going to get the #1 pick this year.
Most of Los Angeles will want the hometown kid.

Inside the top 3, tho.The Lakers/Celtics might bite
Then take Jackson.
If not, just take Fultz, and trade Eric Bledsoe.
