Towns has 37/13/4 and has averaged 31ppg since the asb
The T Wolves suck ONLY cause KAT doesn't defend all 5 players on the opposing team for 48 minutes. They would be a playoff team if instead he just guarded 4 of them for 39 minutes . Dude is so overrated, he is the worse defender in the NBA and I don't care if he is shooting 60% over his last 10-15 games, he should pass it to 43% shooting Wiggins or 41% shooting Rubio. Matter of fact, Dieng is a more efficient big also

By damn near any metric or stat you look at he is the worst defender on the Wolves, and when your center is a horrible defender team defense will suffer. That's why people are critical of him, he was billed as being a defender coming out of College and he's been even worse than Wiggins, he's been the worst on his squad. We're not talking about him being average, we're talking about him being one of the worst defensive centers in the league, that is a huge problem that will need to be fixed.
The big offensive numbers from a C and poor defense is something we've seen from Boogie

Boogies offensive numbers were NOWHERE close to KAT in his rookie or sophomore season. Not even in the same stratosphere homie. That's where y'all nikkas refuse to acknowledge, OFFENSIVELY HIS ONLY COMPARISON IN TGE LAST 20 YEARS IS LEBRON AND DURANT. Players get better on defense, and like u said, his problem is rotations which the whole Thing Wolves team struggles with. Jokic gets torched every night and can't defend the basket if his life depended on it, Porzingis fouls at a historic rate and has not improved at all offensively, AD protects the basket well but he is ass defending post players, Harden nor Westbrook plays defense at all. But naw, KAT is the only nikka who it really matters for though right? Even though he is 10 times better offensively than every 2 way big u can name

Players get better on defense, his problem might stem from the fact he may not have the length to guard Cs and protect the paint at the same time, which means they may need to get a bigger player next to him that can. Boogie put up huge numbers and played questionable defense at times, doesn't matter at what age he was doing it, big offensive numbers with
defensive impact is not a winning proposition. Rudy Gobert's 2nd year in the league he wasn't putting up monster numbers like that, but he played elite defense and it was powering the Jazz to wins. If Towns were even an average defender that team would be playoffs bound, period. Harden and Westbrook aren't bigs, a center that doesn't play defense affects a lot more than wings that dont, and people constantly talk about how bad Jokic defense is, but Towns has shockingly been worse than him this year. Davis is a PF, he doesn't play C, he's a help defender and his team is currently top 5 defensively. People have shyt on Jahlil Okafor non-stop for his defense, and somehow Towns has managed to be worse than him this year on that side of the ball.
If he's 10 times better offensively than bigs, where are the wins? A center posting those kind of numbers should result in wins.....
