breh, Joe losing more and more by the minute, just dont know how much he has left. I dont see how he helps. The Rockets need a backcourt defender if they have any hopes of getting past OKC, much less GSW.
We have one of best back court defenses in the league. Sit your uninformed ass down somewhere with this nonsense

The post-trade deadline buyout and signing period in the NBA is becoming the new annual event.

It’s almost better than the trade deadline because it doesn’t have much bullshyt hype. It’s more anticipation of the expected...and some surprise commitments.

Just looked up his production after I posted and was underwhelmed. But you can't underestimate a role player who can hit clutch baskets

I'm confused about something. I thought teams can't trade first round picks in consecutive years. How was New Orleans able to trade their first round pick from last year and this year?

I think it depends. You CANT trade YOUR OWN pick in consecutive years but you can trade a pick that you acquired from someone else. This is to deter tanking but if you got the pick from someone else you can trade it.

IF he sees the court late-game. I havent been watching the Jazz but I doubt Joe can defend anyone at this point which would keep him off the floor and D'Antoni keeps his rotations tight. He aint trying to go deep. While the Rockets have some great defenders like Capela, Ariza, Tucker, Mbah a Moute....on the flip side you got Anderson, Gordon, Green, and now Joe

Correct me if I'm wrong please. New Orleans traded their 2018 1st round pick with Asik in the Mirotic deal. New Orleans traded their 2017 1st round pick to Sacramento in the Boogie trade. This is why I'm confused. I thought that was not allowed.

It’s about the future picks, not the past.

The Pelicans were able to trade their 2018 pick because they own their 2019 pick. If they didn’t have a 1st for 2019 then they wouldn’t have been able to do it.

For example, the Cavs can’t trade the Brooklyn pick until draft night because right now they don’t fully own a 1st in 2019

Houston getting Joe is huge. Joe is a clutch time performer. Should help them down the stretch in playoff games
Who knows if D'Antoni will even play him in series' where it matters. He typically cuts his rotation down to seven guys. Joe's another year older too, like it was said earlier, how much does he have left?

D Rose need to go be with thibs. Chicago West is almost complete....

thibs wants him but its a bad idea. either thibs plays you too much or too little. not sure what D. Rose mindset is as far as continuing his career but before the season started, he was of the idea that he could play himself into a better deal next year. D. Rose is still a damn good player but man he just cant stay on the court.
