If that game's not a wakeup call for Donovan to permanently bench Carmelo at the end of games, I don't know what will be.
I would love to see the post game interviews after this one and see if any of the reporters has the balls to bring up when Melo started laughing and dismissed the idea of him coming off the bench earlier this season, and ask him if his perspective has changed on that at all

Someone explain to me how the Raps are better than the Celtics? They have been healthy all year, the C's have been decimated by injuries. Their core/best players have been together, the C's are a completely new team put together this offseason. They're an older team built to win now, the Celtics are a young team a few years away from their peak. Yet they are only up 3.5 games in the standings with all of this considered. On top of that, the C's are trending up, their bench/supporting cast is getting into a groove, Tatum is getting past the rookie wall, and their offense looked to be catching up to their defense before Kyrie went down. It is curtains for the Raps if Kyrie comes back. Don't even need Smart to beat them IMO.
Because it’s the regular season....... things will come to the light in the playoffs. They might be for real this year but we’ll see

Don't sleep on Playoff PG. He's been complete trash since the 3 Point contest but he'll eventually shoot himself out of this slump.
I know he’s had monster runs in the post season, especially against Bron.

But goddamn man he in the West now, he plays too inconsistently on offense. You fukk around and go on 3 game skids in the West and you not even gonna make the playoffs, the 9th seed is RIGHT behind them...

Should have played Abrines & Grant over Brewer & Melo to close. PG & Melo both not being able to make anything the whole game probably isn't going to lead to a lot of wins.

donovan doesnt make in game adjustments like that. he is just as responsible as the players for the team underachieving....

but a lot of thunder's problems come down to shot making now. the defense has been better in the brewer era, good enough to where they arent losing off of it.
they just miss too many damn open shots. all their stars are streaky, but have been much more cold than hot this year.

melo and pg are too damn laid back. i dont see any urgency coming from them.

So Draymond is really injured? I thought when I initially saw the “groin” injury that he just got hit in the dikk..:yeshrug:

Kerr protecting Draymond with that injury report. I was looking forward to seeing him out there without the star cast and seeing what his impact would be
