He's not; Philly has the excuse that they have Embiid and that Jah is pretty useless at anything other than posting people up for not playing him. Mavs don't have that excuse with Dirk on the verge of retirement and their only young talent being a 6'2 guard. You won't see the Sixers coach talking shyt and sending out thinly-veiled subliminals to Okafor either like Carlisle has constantly with Noel like Jackson was with Melo last season.

Noel is still one of the most promising young defensive players in the league and he was good for them after the trade last season. There's no excuse for him getting literally zero minutes in games this season while simultaneously getting disparaged by his coach. It's a blatant attempt at freezing him out as some bitter attempt at revenge for not accepting the Mavs extension and taking the QO instead.
