To me playoffs still come down to stars. They need somebody willing to match Lebron instead of playing like they're intimidated by him like the Raptors have in years past. Come the playoffs the bench won't matter near as much since most teams play their starters 40+. Demarr really been playing like he's ready to make that leap and make it star versus star.I believe in Toronto this season because of their depth. Even when those two put up their inevitable duds in the playoffs this season, I think they'll be able to withstand it because of their bench.
I can understand the Harden is a choker talk, but Chris Paul has always been a monster in the postseason. Unfortunately, a couple bone-headed plays and chokes have overshadowed his great play.
Lillard is only behind Curry and CP3. I’m taking him over Westbrook and Kyrie
I definitely don’t trust the raps in the post season![]()

I completely disagree, Lillard is very Steph-lite. He’s a great off-ball player, is able to run off screens and pin-down actions, and can obviously create with the ball in his hands in iso-situations. A player with his skill-set is much more adept at playing with superstar talent, especially in comparison with Westbrook who needs the ball in his hands to be successful. That’s why Lillard is able to thrive playing with McCollum despite many saying their skills are redundant when paired together.Lillard is the least playoff proven player of all the players listed and I don't think he could mesh with stars equal or greater than him as well as all those guys did.
And numbers aside all those guys are better than him in different ways that he cant replicate, meanwhile all those guys can do what Lillard can do. Also all those guys have been where Lillard is now and have done more with less than he has now except Kyrie (although this Celtics squad is arguably on the same level as the Blazers).
The only player on that list I feel like Lillard is better than right now without a doubt is CP3 and thats because of age.

It’s really hard for me to rank any PG besides Steph ahead of CP3, regardless of age. He’s been better than everyone else this season.

Lillard better than CP3? Bruh...
And your mom doesn't trust you to iron ya clothes![]()
I don’t sir they never come out strong taking a commanding series leadThe sample size is very small with LMA but its true that his chemistry with other stars is to be determined. And I'm not even saying he's not top 5 I just don't think he's able to do what those guys do.
Not body of work or even as a PG, just as a player. Lillard has that heat up ability CP3 doesn't have anymore night in and night out. I do think if Lillard swaps with CP3 he would do as well as if not better than CP3. Whereas if CP3 were in Lillards position at this point of his career the Blazers wouldnt be where they are. CP3's just getting older and older at this point. D'antoni is extending his career with that playstyle but I don't think he can go back to carrying dudes with only one reliable teammate again.
It's kind of a sweeping statement, CP3's obviously the better playmaker and his basketball IQ can't be matched, but he can't do what Lillard's doing. Not in 2018
