I still think Thon is going to turn out to be a good player

He was drafted as a project. He unexpectedly produced last year.

Nah, Thon just doesn't have it, he's not nearly as explosive as people thought, his frame is very slight and looks like he'll have trouble putting on weight.

He's one of the worst rebounding 7 footers ever, there have been other skinny guys who can rebound, he has absolutely no feel for where the ball is going and his hands aren't that great ontop of it.


They would have been much better off drafting Skal who is another project but looks like he has more to work with in terms of feel for the game, which is saying a lot of how bad Thon is.
