Nope. Jackson has played more minutes than Tatum post all star break and is shooting significantly worse percentages from the field, three, and the line. Their box score numbers in March are very close, with Tatum again being significantly more efficient. You do realize these numbers/splits can easily be looked up, right?Per 36, Josh puts up more points, rebounds, assists and steals. He also gets to the line more which offsets the difference in ft%. And again, if you look at their numbers since January, the trend continues.
So basically, Jackson was only better during the stretch where Tatum hit the rookie wall in January-February, and even then Tatum was STILL more efficient than Jackson during his best stretch of the season. Tatum has been definitively better at every other point of the season. Not to mention Tatum has been a huge part of a top team's success while Jackson has been contributing to his team being one of the worst in the league. Yet somehow you come to the conclusion that Jackson has had a better season than Tatum. That's just wild homerism my friend.

@ changing the subject because you can't defend Jackson's horrible efficiency and terrible advanced stats. Tatum > Jackson, glad we got that settled.
