Ive watched every laker game. Lopez gets alot of open 3's. You only started this whole "spacing" narrative cause Randle has debunked each and every flaw youve tried to point out. Instead of giving credit to randle you have now moved the goalpost to saying he is only succesful cause Lopez. The problem with this logic is, Randle is among the the very best in this league in finishing in traffic. On top of that teams have regularly sent extra help down low and it rarely works (numbers support this). Randle does not need a floor spacer to be effective, he has played many lineups with Larry Nance at Center and brook lopez does not always draw his defender out there which is why he gets alot of uncontested 3's. In the 9 games Lopez has missed Randle averaged 15/8 in 21mpg off of 58% FG. Your logic doesnt hold up. You clearly missed that stretch in the season where Zo/KCP/Hart/Ingram/Randle were closing games and pretty successful at it.
You said Randle can get his no matter what, I told you that Lopez spacing the floor has an effect because it typically pulls the opposing center away from the rim and Lopez is a good enough shooter to make bigs think twice about leaving him. You keep downplaying Lopez spacing and look ridiculous in the process. Tonight, the Lakers went without Brook for most of the 4th and Randle was a total non-factor on offense because Rudy wasn't even guarding him when he was on the perimeter and just sunk down to the foul line whenever Randle was at the 3 point line.
I keep telling you, Randle is going to find life a lot more difficult if you all don't have a floor spacing 5 next year, it's why you actually play old ass Frye because Randle NEEDS a floor spacer to be effective. Cot damn, how do you watch them play and not even realize it?

come on man, you know this would have been the first thing you heard on monday morning.
