I don't think the Wizards need to blow it up (Beal and Otto are still pieces you can build around/with), they just need to get rid of Wall - they're never going to go anywhere with him drowning their offense.

Don't underestimate front offices wanting star name-power to sell fans on a dream, plus, there's always teams who'd glady trade for a player like Wall if it meant parting with unwanted contracts (of non-stars) of their own.
