Hornets were all saying to each other...

"You know, we can lose this game if we just put our minds to it."
:jbhmm:
All these dudes is trash tbh
Over the last five games v. Philly:

Kemba dropped 60
Holiday dropped 30
Sexton dropped 23
Booker dropped 37
And now Dlo has 29 and counting (Dinwiddie has 22 points on 7-10 field goals too).

Philly's defense seems to be a stimulus package for PGs.
Embiid has been so shytty protecting the paint lately.

I'm not blaming Embiid's paint protection on why these guards keep going off. Our PnR scheme is terrible. It makes Joel look like Okafor where he retreats off every screen leading to wide open mid range jumpers. These guards get that little bit of rhythm and take over for the rest of the night.

He's been asked to do too much above what he has energy for. The demands of a big man to anchor an offense, as well as anchor the defense in today's game would break even the most conditioned athlete, let alone someone of Embiid's size. If he keeps going at this rate, he's gonna burn out before the AS break.

Problem is, Philly looks lost without him on the floor.

It’s why I was baffled they brought Amir back.
