This season might be one of the most important seasons for the Cavs in franchise history. If they make the playoffs without LeBron it'll solidify their fanbase, and it'll determine who does and doesn't keep jobs in the front office, which will shape their franchise's direction over the next 5 to 10 years.
If they just flop and look like shyt without LeBron they'll be considered a joke franchise like they always have and flounder until they can somehow find another LeBron, their FO will probably fluctuate like crazy and they'll probably be dysfunctional.
