If they were a sensible organization, they'd fire Ernie, hire David Griffin or somebody, trade one or two of Wall/Beal/Porter, tank for a top 10 lotto pick and fire Brooks in the offseason.

If it’s truly irreparable then this is the only sensible thing to do. Completely start anew, thing is if Leonsis just hired the right people this team could be something.
It’s a good enough city to be able to keep its stars and add a few. Get the right GM and coach, do a strong Philly style tank and make smart picks, and the Wizards can actually be a top team in the league.
