I know they didn't want to (for obvious reasons), but I always felt they should have tanked their way out of that last play-in spot in order to make their own pick more enticing. Especially with how the lottery odds have changed which give lower teams a punchers chance to move up. I’m assuming they’d still be in the lottery even if they lose the play-in games?

If that pick doesn't convey this year, then it's a wrap on whatever championship aspirations they thought they had left.

Where were you when the Warriors have been one of the best performing teams this month, with one of the highest net-ratings prior to this game? Is it Kerr's fault that he has to rely on the likes of Bazemore, Mulder, Looney, Lee etc, and doesn't even any frontcourt depth?

Over half of the Warriors squad is made up of fringe NBA players that wouldn't even make the rotations of the other teams in the playoff hunt.

I don't think there is a deal out there that will help them win now unless they can convince Minny to give up KAT in exchange for their pick back. Maybe Beal if he turns down the supermax extension?

Even then, those moves don't make them a championship contender IMO.
