That philosophy hasn't worked for any contending team. You ride it til the wheels fall off then hope you can pick up the pieces afterwards.

Golden State doesn't even have an aging roster. Curry is 32 and Klay is 30. Their biggest mistake was allowing Draymond to get out of line with Durant to the point he left. They shoulda dealt him immediately. If Klay didn't tear his ACL, they'd look completely different right now and he isn't a guy with a history of injuries. Just two straight awful injuries out of the blue.
They did. They suspended dray. It's no one's fault KD is sensitive and easily swayed. When he joined the warriors, after blowback, he told his agent "why would you let me do this.":mjlol:

He's a weirdo.

Nah, that wasn't enough. A role player doesn't have the clout to call a player of Durant's caliber a bytch and say they don't need him.

The amount of open threes the Pelicans are giving up is astounding.

The Raptors can't score consistently in the half court unless they're hitting three pointers but the Pelicans are just allowing Fred VanVleet to walk into open threes at will. They're lucky to be down 6 with the Raptors shooting 6-23 from behind the arc.
