Bucks either got to mortgage the house for an actual star to be there next to Giannis or admit that a small rebuild is needed

they've made a couple of mistakes that small market teams can't and it has capped their ceiling

this doesn't excuse Giannis either

Other than maybe Beal, there's only so many top 10'ish players in the league and most of them aren't at a point where they want to be traded. Someone like Dame might be content gutting it out with Portland even with the same ol song n dance every year.

Which means it's still gonna come down to Middleton having to be your 2nd best player (but #1 crunch time scorer) on a championship team. Eh.

Playing with trade machine isn’t as fun when you’re offering scenarios with a player who doesn’t wanna leave and who isn’t on the block.

The season started fun but if it got dry it's partly because the schedule makers hail from the PBC/Top Rank methodology of matchmaking from years back... where all the top fighters basically duck each other and fight nothing but cans/lesser comp to beef up their records.

For a while it felt like LAL was only allowed to play Minnesota and Memphis, and BK has to play Atlanta at least once a week.

Fortunately tho, February is when shyt actually gets fun with matchups.

i mean if they trade him they are still a nonfactor it seems like they have talent on the roster I’m surprised they are this bad...if they trade Beal it has to be for future assets and I’m assuming younger players to go into full rebuild.

but the goal for doing that is to get a player like Beal you think the nuggets would be willing to move Murray and maybe Porter for him?
