Defense is effort :yeshrug:
C's transition D is horrible. They just gotta sprint up the floor but don't:yeshrug:

I take issue with Steven's rotation. Sometimes players just disappear. And if you're trying to get stops, you can't have Teague out there. Tatum or Brown can bring up the ball.

Bad rotations, poor timeout management, not holding players accountable for shot selection. I've just been real frustrated with him this year.

Like even besides the Grant play or Waters point shaving, Tristan Thompson was easily the best big man on the floor for either team tonight, and Stevens didn't even play him in the 4th quarter. It's just little shyt like that, that adds up. I'm not saying the up-and-down season is all his fault, but I just feel like he hasn't been putting the team in the best position to succeed.

:mjlol: At this point, Ingram's streak of missing the Playoffs might be longer than Redikk's streak of making the Playoffs. Could never be Tatum.

Looking forward to the Tatum is in playoff banner, will go great with the 2008 title one. Sad to see such a historical organization fall so low:wow:Dont worry, Tatum will get one when he jumps ship:blessed:

I hear you. I don't know why Tristan just disappeared.

C's best closing unit was when Smart/Pritchard was the back court. Both played D, and Pritchard isn't ball dominant like Kemba and the offense flowed through Tatum and Brown.

You can only get a banner if, you know, you're actually IN the Playoffs. Something Ingram has never come close to being in his 5 year NBA career. Like I said, Tatum at 22 has already accomplished more than Ingram will ever accomplish in his entire NBA career. Tatum could retire tomorrow and go down as the better player.

There's a reason you're in here celebrating Tatum losing on the second night of a back to back (while putting up 27/10/9) with multiple starters and every viable PG on the team out. Literally would be one of Ingram's best performances of his career :mjlol:

didn’t realize the heat were the only team that dealt with Covid
Other teams didn’t lose their star player for a while to it either but I kinda figured they overachieved so much they wouldn’t maintain that directly into this season maybe next season they’ll get it back

They were a 5th seed for a reason before the bubble. Just Celtics and Bucks were pathetic
