Taylor Jenkins, his coaching staff and the Memphis front office should be getting a lot more credit for how good this Memphis team is. Morant obviously changed everything when he got there but they're competitive without him and nobody thought they'd be this good this season nor the past two.

They seem to maximize every ounce of talent on their roster.

yeah the new front office really has done their thing so far. Night and day compared to who we had in there before.

For me I view the term when I use it describing a rare athlete, player or archetype. Like I don’t see us seeing a point center like Jokic for a while or a guy at Joel’s size nh with his moves and scoring bag.
