The lotto year was the following season. People really need to put some respect on Admiral's name. Won 59 games the year after the Rockets series with no Rodman and an overall shyt roster.
Still the best team in the league. The scary thing is, they're actually better than they were last season. Everyone has a lot of catching up to do.

They've got that championship experience as a unit, Giannis/Middleton/Jrue all know what it takes to lead the team and keep persevering when things aren't going their way, Portis is playing the best ball of his career, the addition of Grayson Allen can't be emphasized enough, and they still have Brook and DiVincenzo to return.
I know you want the Warriors to be that team, but they aren't at that level yet.
People side-eyed the Grayson Allen trade and contract at the time, but he's been terrific for them .
