You’re going to be trash defensively regardless of whoever you get in exchange for Simmons

As much as we joke about Simmons offensively, dude’s defensive impact on that team is sorely missed. They should have done the Lowry deal while seeing if they could offer Toronto some of the picks they had instead of Maxey in the deal.

but having to give up Matisse would be overkill. shyt even Danny Green has actually been playing solid D for us this year, and that trade ships him out....for Hayward??. At that point we'd have 0 perimeter defenders.
