Defense gets a little better, offense gets a little worse. That’s not the move I’d break it up for. But if they go out early this year, they should be monitoring the next disgruntled superstar and trying to get pick to package.
The only problem is that they don't have the young players to add with the picks and MPJ just isn't progressing like that to be the centerpiece of a trade.

That was pretty tame and nondescript. In fact, it could've been interpreted in the Lakers favor.
