@pete clemenza thought your boy Mann was having a breakthrough of sorts in 21. He plays scared with no skill out there so he isn’t accounted for

Once I saw he wasn't going to turn at least into 15-20 point scorer after his breakout game against the Jazz in the playoffs two years ago I knew he had reached his ceiling. He might be trade bait these days. This is supposed to be an easy part of their schedule but another healthy dose of speed, youth, and athleticism headed their way on Monday and Wednesday with the Rockets

3 straight years and LAC still over-reliant on contested jump shots. The only good thing about Trezl was that he at least subsidized their offense with easy paint points. Unfortunately he gave it right back on defense and was a malcontent. They never replaced his offense tho.

When they got Wall i thought it would benefit them not bc of any delusions of a "true pg" being the answer (their 2 best players are deadball iso players... that's never changing) but bc Wall could get paint points/break down defenses. Which is something they haven't really had since Trez.

But he ain't allowed to play more than 20 mpg, and the lack of Kawhi's post-up game means an over-reliance on their hot/cold contested jump shooting.

I think the alarming thing is there are cushion games on the schedule anymore. Those OKC games should have been wins in theory…but since the talent level in The NBA is so high it became two straight losses to a thunder team that has a better record than you. The Rockets could easily beat The Clippers tomorrow & Wednesday

Great point! This is such an interesting year, the league feels very new and it’s exciting to watch this changing of the guard

Lue gotta figure something. Playing John Wall <20 minutes a game isn't doing shyt for you especially considering how the offense looks without him on the floor.

Wall, Zubac, and Morris Sr. the only people out there really changing the game. Jackson has arrived back down to Earth, PG is PG, Mann said that Jazz series was a one-off, and Kawhi is allergic to basketball.

I had high hopes for them to finally reach that ever-out-of-reach potential, but it is what it is, cuh.

These dudes can win a lot of games, they just aren't gonna be able to rely on 1-2 iso ball like they thought.

Wall either comes off the bench around 28 minutes a game and closes if he's balling, or they start dude.
