they're above water because of the defense and rebounding - two things borrego couldn't give a fukk about during his entire time here.
rebounding is one of the most important things you can do in the nba. it'll protect leads when your offense stalls out and keeps you in games you'd be getting blown out in otherwise.

Nick Richards is playing well too. They already have scorers so the big men might’ve been the one issue before. Those guys are playing well. Even Plumlee is doing good.
we don't have scorers at all lol that's why i flipped at that "#1 offensive rating" shyt going around at the beginning of the season. jalen mcdaniels and theo maledon ain't gonna shoot 80% from 3 forever.
kelly oubre is literally our best scorer with rozier and lamelo out. he was outplaying hayward too - not to say oubre is good, but to point out how bad hayward has been.
the fact that people think plumlee is decent gives me hope some team bites on a trade for him
he's the worst defender and most rockbrained player getting minutes on the roster by far.i'm conflicted because cliff is coaching his ass off - but at the same time if he wasn't here, we'd clinch a top 4 pick in the wemby sweepstakes by january

If only Miles Bridges was back, I enjoyed his high flying jams. They need to move some players around and trade a few.
