You don't even need advanced stats. He's a 40.8% career shooter in the postseason. 29.6% from 3pt. 4.0 turnovers a game. Less than 2-1 assist-turnover ratio. He's got the worst bball IQ of any superstar in modern history, is the worst 3pt shooter of his volume in NBA history, makes awful late game decisions, plays awful defense, and repeatedly chases stats even to the detriment of his team.

If Russ and Kawhi can be a serviceable poor man’s version of 2010s Russ and KD, they’ll at least be subsidized by a much better supporting cast than those OKC teams ever had. Probably their best case outlook. I think Friday’s rematch (assumingely with Kawhi back and MEM fully loaded) will be a good indicator.
