It didn't get enough attention when Silver specifically said something along the lines of, the actual worst teams are not the ones with the fewest wins, which goes against the spirit of the draft/Lottery.

Maybe one of the anti-tanking rules needs to be about how many guys with guaranteed contracts play for you. Some of these rosters look like created 2K ones.

Personally, I'm on board with running the ping pong balls for every single pick in the Lottery.
