I don’t think y’all realize that $80,000 is the new $50,000 a year job. Someone making $100,000 is paying over 1/4 of their pay in rent. Then add utilities and food.

This lady is talking to people in places like DC (which she stated is 40% higher than US avg), Miami and Cali, people in these areas make more, so again calling cap automatically isn't fact. Funny how some in here only believe the people making around 35k, lol
