Randy Orton Appears to Suffer Injury During WWE House Show; Helped Out of Ring

Randy Orton suffered an apparent injury during a WWE house show Sunday in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

James Crummel of ABC27 News shared a photo of trainers tending to Orton in the ring:

Orton was wrestling AJ Styles when the match was stopped after he landed awkwardly after trying to hit the RKO. The injury was severe enough that he needed help to get to the backstage area. To the fans at the arena, it looked like he injured his knee.

We’ll pass along more information when we get it. A diagnosis is not likely until tomorrow. Obviously with the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania 36 coming up, this is a horrible time for him to suffer an injury.
