Love the albums he did with Buckwild..one of my favorites that year

One of the greatest with 'punchlines', although lately, he's not as hard with them as he used to be.

Maybe he's trying to go mainstream? IDK, but he ALWAYS managed to have me cracking up on every track he was on.

Celph titled is white? i never look for pics of underground rappers ..if so .. he's up there to.

IIRC, he's Cuban, but check the photo.....

EDIT: The product of an Ybor City Cuban-American mother and a German-Scottish father, Celph's folks always encouraged his knack for creative expression.

Does Aesop Rock not count as an underground rapper? I haven't listened to much EL-P but he seems alright too.

Back in the early 2000's I definitely listened to all these dudes a lot more.

Jedi Mind Tricks - Violent By Design is probably my favorite album ever so Paz always gets a pass for me even though he's no where near where he used to be.

Apathy & Celph Tilted have always been dope, loved the Demigodz EP when that came out way back in the day. The new Demigod shyt...not really feeling, they waited way to long. Plus Ap's from CT, I've seen him out in Hartford many times in the past, nice guy.

Esoteric I've always liked, not sure why so many people don't like em, prob has to do with his voice but ever since the Speaking Real Words EP I dug him & 7L.

Swollen Members I used to think were dope back when their 1st two LPs came out, but I don't know I got tired of them real quick. I wanted Mad Child & Moka to drop a Perfect Strangers album, liked the couple songs they released.

Never liked Copywrite.

Cage was ok to me...movies for the blind tho was dope.

EL-P was an acquired taste...I like Co-Flows first album tho.

Slug/Atmosphere are dope.

Same here I was going through a bunch of old music and found all this shyt.

Esoteric smashed copywrite in their battle. But yeah seems like most people don't like ESO.

Swollen still making music. Madchild done dropped a bunch of solo shyt it seems lately.
