I understand what you mean, but I don't even listen to Ransom for that. He drops gems here and there, but they're somewhat generic. But the way he attacks the beat, and that flow that's always in pocket with the wordplay and punchlines is why I listen to Ran. He hasn't missed in a long time for me. Probably my current favorite to listen to. I can get not loving his style, it doesn't really switch up at all though.
Same here. I really love that the production on here sounds so much harder than what we usually get.

I'm not really a Big Ghost fan but I like that a lot of these beats have more weight to them than most of the Craven beats. These are heavier hitting beats, and there's a lot more bass and drums. For that alone, I really like this. This is the first "modern era" Ransom project I've heard that sounds more like a traditional hip-hop project. For some people that might not be a positive, but I like it.

I'm the opposite, which is funny too because I'm not a huge fan of Big Ghost at all.

I respect it, some of the beats aren’t bad here individually just I’m not sure the chemistry between them is quite there for me personally. There’s a few dope songs though. I probably do prefer the sound with Nicholas Craven but I guess he’s doing multiple projects with different producers to try keep different people happy so can’t be mad at that. Still a good project, would probably give it about 3.5 mics.
