Rap lines that predicted the future

I can't find any threads similar to this, but here it is. What are some lines that ended up being prophetic? Like these two:

Two years after Phife said this, Tribe broke up and Laura was engaged to Urkel.

-Eminem, "Soldier"

Eminem turned thirty in 2002. The next album he dropped after he said this was Encore. Hasn't been the same since.
