Suppressing dissident voices of protest is what that is about. Music of substance that awakened minds.

Not they are NOT. I'm fundamentally opposed to viewpoints that drive problems away from being solvable to make them seem out of reach and control. You are playing right into OP's mindframe of advanced cac manipulation. Rather than looking at the reality of the issue from a grounded perspective.

I'm not unaware of anything especially recently. Rap trends move from the street up in terms of influence on the culture not the industry down. Most especially today. If you said this in the era when the actual recording industry had vastly more control over what was recorded and distributed you would have an argument. Today not much of one at all. "Should know this... It's all by design". Sorry breh I don't subscribe to that white man is a demigod narrative. Believing white people are socially engineering every part of reality is a crutch for people who don't like dealing with harsh realities. Casually saying shyt like always steps ahead needs to be deaded asap. shyt is hikey embarassing
The INTENTIONAL PUSH of propaganda to demonize and criminalize the image of black people is a historical fact whether you want to admit it or not.

It happened and is still happening today in 2022.

In order for what your saying to be true, you would have to outright deny that Minstrel Shows of the past and the film "The Birth Of A Nation" never happened and you would look foolish in doing so.

How 'The Birth of a Nation' Revived the Ku Klux Klan

Again, I actually agree with your overall premise, but you denying the INTENTIONAL PUSH of it is dangerous and us not understanding what happened in the past will keep us ignorant of what's happening now.

You do know that YouTube itself is controlled by the government too right?

These drill videos that amass millions of views have to be signed off by big brother. They're put into our phones PURPOSELY. Again, a Joowish kid rapping like that would be pulled immediately.....by the government.

I know it's a hard pill to swallow.

They set everything into motion and now they're hands off.

"They" don't even have to do anything any more.

Black people will kill for the right to listen to their black genocide music.

Yes, and what I’m saying is rather than be overt, heavy handed to suppress the message , they pivoted to a ‘soft’ war, to just poisoning the well and tainting the message.

It’s not much different than Russian and the Cold War. They stopped the threat of nukes and a overt war but had/have been waging psychological warfare low key ever since

My guy I'm not down with this it's completely out of our control narrative. A Jewish kid rapping like that would get pulled by a Jewish organization NOT the government. We can do all that too. The point. We could do that too... The point.

You feel a need to make things a grand conspiracy to push them out of reach from being manageable by us. YouTube uploads are not controlled by government.

C'mon son. :stopitslime:

I'm denying the idea that every move a Black man makes was pre calculated by a white man. A ridiculous notion that only exists to avoid dealing with responsibility politics. Nikkas will be like cacs are dumb and inferior until it's time to hold a responsibility bag then they turn into omnipotent demigods.

Make sense of this shyt :dead:

period. i see that as more of a upbringing issue than an entertainment issue
i love the lyrical guys too, super entertaining to me when they can get creative with it. i know a lot of words though so maybe it's just me lol

I have a pretty wide diverse vocabulary tooz it's just some rappers do too much and don't be talking about anything. Like they got in the studio, looped the beat and put a thesaurus on shuffle

No one's saying it's out of our control. We actually have ALL the control but we've been successfully brainwashed and programmed as a collective to the point where we don't know it.

If you think this is me saying the "powers that be" are GODLIKE , then so be it :manny:

But the fact of the matter is we're a sick and blind people right now. We enjoy music about our own destruction. Again, their are black people who will argue you down if you speak up against drill music. That's a sickness.

We were programmed like this.

To control a mass group of people you must gain control of their minds.

They were successful.

It's a bitter pill to swallow and rather embarrassing, I agree. But at some point you have to face reality.

A large section of black people's minds are in shackles.

You got the last word my brother.

Gangsta rap from the 90’s was more impactful in terms of reaching the masses overall than drill music

As entertainment yes. Drill music has driven up violence in every scene it dominated. Violence directly tied to the music. From Chicago, NY, Jacksonville, London. No other genre of music has a directly related body count that even comes close.

It was a joke!
This is gonna sound really reductive, but no one's forcing anyone to listen to one particular type of music. If you want to learn aomething, read a book or sign up for a MOOC :yeshrug:

But yeah, the mainstream stuff being pushed is absolute trash; I don't wanna hear new money and ex-strippers on shytty beats and I don't

Let motherfukkers sink, worry about you and yours and life will improve tenfold

At some point accountability has to come into the equation. Rap is trash now outside of a few artists, it's objectively trash because it takes absolutely no talent or dedication to the craft to do it.

There aren't the media gatekeepers of yesteryear. There's no conspiracy. This is just the race to the bottom of rappers having to prove they lived what they said and no one blocking the path anymore to releasing anything of any quality. Even the most garbage rapper 30 years ago had type of quality control on their music. I can record some bullshyt and have it on every streaming service within 24 hours. You can't socially engineer that type of fukkery.
