It makes sense it was regional..beverage/snack business is very territorial from what I hear...But I vividly remember first seeing them being sold out of ice cream trucks and hood cornerstores...This was the early 00's and p/romeo where definitely on the bags at that point...Its impressive that they way have been able to sustain themselves tho all these years and expand..Up until a couple years ago when i first started seeing them in 7-11's I completely forget they existed..
