On July 14th of 2008, PSD Tha Drivah was accused of attempting to board a flight to Oklahoma with 6,000 ecstasy pills hidden in his clothes, which were discovered after he was selected for a security screening.
PSD later pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute MDMA, otherwise known as ecstasy. He was sentenced in October 2011 to 46 months in prison, followed by 36 months of supervised release.

In April 2012, San Francisco law enforcement made 25 arrests after busting a nationwide drug ring linked to the Thizz Entertainment rap label. Federal agents seized 45,000 Ecstasy pills, 4 pounds of crack cocaine, 1/2 pound of heroin, $200,000, and 230 acres of property reportedly used as a marijuana growing operation.

PSD served little to no time for a FEDERAL drug case and after the Thizz bust some began to wonder...

On May 27, 2014 J-Diggs posted these on his Instagram account :

PSD would soon post this on Siccness.net :

I don't expect to continue speaking on false statements or keep defending assaults to my character. What I know is that some men will call you a brother while laying in the grass waiting on their opportunity to strike like a snake. Accusations as such can kill the innocent. We all know that the Feds don't give a damn about any of us. If the paperwork purportedly came out of Sac County like this gorilla claims then the Feds got him to do exactly what they wanted him to do...speak on nikkas cases, get nikkas on the phone to speak before they're even sentenced basically dry snitching. Don't be fooled by a fool with "paperwork"only he supposedly has access to and paperwork where he pencils in my name. I don't have a 5k1 in my file and my plea agreement clearly states that I took personal responsibility for what I did. All my information is #publicrecord, all you have to do is read. When I went down I did my time and I didn't look for a scapegoat. I did my time at Sac County and Butte County Jail #publicrecord. However, we all know that there are nikkas like Diggs in every hood, cut from hoe cloth who live to gossip and promote confusion among the ranks all under the guise of being "real." These nikkas search youtube for conspiracy theories and the basic education they never achieved in grade school. The reality is that this nikka don't care about anyone doing time. He's out for self-promotion...the soul of a hoe. Let the record reflect that ain't nan nikka in jail or free that can say PSD or STEVEN DAVISON is or was the reason for them being in jail. I did my time and suffered silently! Real money. No twos and fews and no middle nikka. And still got back PRETTY as a bytch! Even after all the shade he throwing at my glow, none of it will equate to album sales for him. He should've been asked to suck me dry and got told no instead of watching me piss. He hates himself, and is a tool of satan with his need help hatin a nikka as blessed as my record reflects. Salt of the earth, tryna use my cool as a stepping stool......

The diss tracks would soon follow :

PSD - Soul Of A Gangsta (J-Diggs Diss)
Dubee - bytch (PSD Diss)
Betcha Gang - My Hood (PSD Diss)

Where to start ?

Back in the early 90's Oakland had two major crews, The Dangerous Crew (Too Short, Father Dom, Pooh Man, Ant Diddley Dog, Rappin' Ron, Goldy, Spice-1, Ant Banks etc.) and C-Note (Dru Down, Luniz, 3XKrazy, Chris "C&H" Hicks) At The time C-Note used to record at The Dangerous Crews studio. One day Short's group Bad-N-Fluenz and Chris Hicks group The Luniz were squared off against one another in a freestyle battle. The outcome of this depends on whom you ask but this event has been credited as helping spawn the fued between the two camps. Word spread that Short & Company were talking sideways about Dru Down, Chris Hicks and the Luniz. This led to a business agreement going bad involving Too Short & Chris Hicks. Soon after...the Dangerous Crews studio ended up getting "sprayed" by "unknown assailants." Too Short would relocate to Atlanta and some claimed he got ran outta the town while Short maintained he was always being hassled by police, and had better business opportunities in Atlanta. On Operation Stackola, The Luniz released the song "Playa Hata" aimed at Short. Short responded on the Dangerous crew album Don't Try This At Home on the track "Trouble". Too Short would come back to Oakland for KMEL's 1996 Summer Jam. At The show "some claim" Short's entourage assaulted his former business partner Chris Hicks. This led to the cancellation of the rest of Summer Jam due to fear that both camps would escalate the situation. Fans at the event never got to see headliner E-40 and other acts scheduled to perform. KMEL blamed Too Short for this happening with Program Director Michelle Santosuosso going on record stating that "a Too Short song would never again play on her airwaves no matter how high his popularity". Next up was Dru Down with "Mista Busta" off Can You Feel Me. Todd Shaw responded to KMEL And The Luniz on his next album Gettin' It with "That's Why". On May 22 1996, Too Short, The Luniz & Chris Hicks all appeared on KMEL's airwaves to squash their beef publicly. After this KMEL relented and agreed to continue playing Too Short. Later on in 1997 Short agreed to appear on The Luniz album Lunitik Muzik on the track "Funkin' Over Nothin." Apparently all parties were Funkin' Over Somethin' as Too Short alongside Scarface would go on to diss Yukmouth on the 1997 song "Longevity." Yukmouth came back on 2002's United Ghettos album with Mac Minister on "fukk Friends." Like Numskull, Yukmouth would eventually part ways with Chris Hicks. On Too Short's 2007 compilation - I Love The Bay, Yukmouth appears with a shoutout to Short on the track "Shine Like Me."

Hussein Fatal Y'all Cant fukk With Us (Snoop Dogg Diss)

Apparently Hussein Fatal wasn't too happy with Calvin Broadus.
Snoop Dogg's lack of support for 2Pac's crusade against Bad Boy led to this track...

LIl Eazy Disses To Game

also Gangsta shyt by Lil Eazy

After recording a mixtape track & appearing alongside Game on The Documentary DVD it all went downhill.
Lil' Eazy accused Jayceon Taylor of capitalizing off his dad's success. The tattoo of Eazy-E didn't help things.
