Naw ...most people are waiting on a believable story. Just think about all the athletes that got falsely accused of rape for whatever reason in just the past few years. The Qb from UF whom had a chick claim he raped her only to come clean a few weeks later. Now think about how many nikkas have had their lives ruined because some cac said they raped her. It's the same thing. Do rapes happen....of course they do. Do women lie to cover their tracks, of course they do. I know a chick through one of my nikkas, that got married, got deployed, allegedly slept with 4 different nikkas, got caught in the act with one nikka, fukked the nikka who sang at her wedding, and when her husband found out, claimed she was raped, but never reported it.
Until all the facts come out, and a investigation is completed, its her word versus his word, and nothing she has said or done, "proves/shows" she was raped, and the burden of proof is on her. The damage done to a rape victim, is just as serious, and should be treated just as serious as the damage done to someone who is falsely accused. We are seeing more and more of these fake accusations because women know that they will likely face no consequences if they are found to be lying, and also the person they are targeting will suffer long after the case is over.
Rape is a serious issue, and nobody deserves it regardless of the situation/circumstances, but we don't live in a world where everybody plays by the rules, and to try and live that way is asking for trouble. Looking at the way she lives her life (not passing judgment) , she looking for trouble, or lying. Does she deserve to be raped, of course not, but she is enabling bad things to occur by putting herself in compromising situations. If you knew 2 gangs were going to war at the park you walk home through everyday, you gonna walk through that park and risk getting shot, or you gonna take another route home. While you don't deserve to be shot, there's a high probability you will be if you walk through that park.
