The term Rape Culture is a borderline hysterical way of describing male/ female sexual relations that feminists are pitching to undermine whats left of traditional masculinity. The majority of men are obviously anti-rape. Trolls and comedians with bad taste are not driving mainstream thought, they are subverting it and slanting it for laughs. Jokes and insults don't equal a "culture." The only places where you could reasonably argue that there's a rape culture would be the military and prison; both places where men are included in the victims.
