y'all know him better than y'all think
correct me if i am wrong but he used to go under Eight Off the Assasin right? He's the dude that learned Fredro and Sticky how to format their raps and cadence. He had that song "Ghetto Girl" way back.He got the short end of the stick in many label/artist situations.Did production for Byrdgnag and got shytted on in that whole fiasco.Signed some bad deals.I feel sorry for dude but maybe the work ethic was not up to par or he was not industry enough for the fucboi antics artists get up to now to be down.I always liked his production but his voice was annoying as fukk and that screamin style went out with Onyx
Not really, the history of art is full of unrecognized geniuses who lived in poverty, only to be recognized as classic decades after their death.
Being good at something and being a good businessman and protecting your talent is two different jobs, the latter being too often ignored.
Even in fields of science and invention, many people that shaped the world we live in today got snaked and died poor.
One thing I will say about him is he LIVES & BREATHES this Hip Hop shyt. That's all he wants to do and all he ever talks about. If he's not making beats he listening to em' or spitting to em'. It literally is this man's life.
Word...Life didn't sell 100k plus?people take the stars for granted, the best example i could give is OC. i think he has 1 album (Jewelz) that sold 100k+, now he can still tour a little easier than an Agallah, but he earned it with superior music
its incredibly hard to maintain a 20 year career, he should be thankful to still have some fans. dude bytchin about possibly having to get a job GTFOH
Dont even know who OC is..![]()
many rappers who had promising career and now work jobs. Lol just about all of Wu Tang..
