Not South Beach because there were some before but obviously not sustainable. What about on Washington Drive, big spender? No mention of the parking nightmare of having it on Ocean Drive.
It's their shyt. Historically, black people have no connection to Miami Beach. Worked there and left. I don't recall black people doing heavy lifting building the beach. fukk Miami Beach but drug money didn't build Miami Beach. Drug dealers had clubs but the infrastructure was already there. Cocaine built up Downtown Miami. Huge difference.
