To my knowledge, snitching is when you and your friends commit a crime and if you and someone else get caught and give information about the other ones, that’s snitching. Being a victim of a crime and cooperating with the police isn’t snitching, but he was an active gang member talking to the cops about it which kinda puts him in a bad light.
